She is also a certified Mindfulness/meditation teacher, completing a 2 year program through UC Berkeley's GGSC with Drs. Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach.
As an ADHDer, her true passion lies at the intersection of spirituality and neurodivergence so she has a podcast called the NeuroDivine and also offers spiritually based life coaching.
In addition, she offers consultations to organizations/practices on mindful/energetic and/or neurodiversity-affirming practices.

The GPA 2026 Annual Meeting will take place in the heart of Atlanta Braves Country, and what better way to spend an evening with fellow Georgia psychologists and friends than watching the Braves take on the Philadelphia Phillies at Truist Park - the Home of the Braves!
Join us on Friday, April 24 at 7:15 PM, when GPA will gather in Sections 147 & 148 (behind 3rd Base) for an evening of baseball and fun! Tickets are offered at a GPA group discounted price of just $59 and can be purchased here (separate from your Annual Meeting registration) until February 18. Your ticket will be provided to you at the Annual Meeting!
